Frequently asked questions
To ensure your items are safe during the move, follow these steps:
- Use sturdy, high-quality boxes. Avoid overloading to prevent breakage.
- Place heavier items at the bottom and lighter ones on top.
Wrap fragile items individually with bubble wrap or packing paper. - Fill any empty spaces with packing peanuts, crumpled paper, or soft cloths to prevent shifting.
- Seal the box securely with strong packing tape and label it with its contents and destination room.
Can I leave items inside drawers and filing cabinets?
For safety reasons, we recommend emptying drawers and filing cabinets before the move. Leaving items inside can make furniture heavier and more difficult to transport, increasing the risk of damage. However, for small, lightweight items (such as clothes in a chest of drawers), we may be able to move them as is—please consult with our team in advance.
We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience, including:
- Bank transfers
- Credit/debit cards
- Cash payments (if arranged in advance)
- Other payment options may be available upon request
Full payment must be completed at least three days before moving day unless otherwise agreed.
While it’s not required, a warm drink is always appreciated! Moving can be physically demanding, and a small refreshment can go a long way in keeping the team energized and motivated.
Yes, many of our customers complete their move in one day. However, this depends on several factors, including the volume of items, travel distance, and the accessibility of both properties. If you’re unsure, discuss your specific moving needs with us, and we’ll create a tailored plan to ensure a smooth transition.
